    --民國105年7月1日，海軍金江艦預劃實施甲類操演驗收，上午8時15分實施雄三飛彈系統檢測，在左營港內誤射雄三誤擊高雄籍翔利昇漁船，高雄地檢署待漁船拖回高雄興達港派檢察官採證和相驗遇難船長黃文忠。
